Kevin 2: Reach World 2 Level 3, and get a combo of 5 either in solo or competitive modes. Its sequel, Overcooked 2, adds to and refines what made the first so delicious. Up to four players take control of chefs in a myriad of strange locations and try to serve up some delicious food. Welcome to the Overcooked 2 Campfire Cook Off DLC Trophy Guide. How many Overcooked 2 Kevin Levels Are There. Ideally without burning the kitchen to the ground. You will need to acquire 3 stars on all levels, including 3 Kevin levels. There are 2 new mechanics introduced within this DLC. The first one is a backpack, carried by a player. ![]() This backpack contains an item, which a second player can acquire by interacting with it. RELATED: Top 10 Indie Games On The Nintendo Switch, Ranked You will find eight secret levels in the game, which are all inspired and named behind Kevin. Kevin 1 and 2, I'm not sure if it's accurate 'cause I can't remember how I unlocked it. Overcooked 2 doesn't just feature a whole new campaign, full of new recipes and chefs to unlock. A combo is when you serve up meals in the order they are listed without failing any. But Kevin 3 works when I played as single player. Level 1-3: Achieve a combo of 2 (solo or co-op) Kevin 2. Level 2-2: Achieve a combo of 3 (solo) or 5 (co-op) Kevin 3. Level 2-4: Achieve a score of 600 (solo) or 1,000 (co-op) Kevin 4. Singleplayer: Combo of 4, Multiplayer: Combo of 4. Singleplayer: Combo of 5, Multiplayer: Combo of 5. It also has new gameplay modes, like survival, plus a whole bunch of great DLC. But even when you think you've bested all the game has to offer, there might still be some hidden bonus stages you've yet to conquer. These are the Kevin levels, named for the serious little dog that accompanies King Onion. Overcooked 2 is a must-have multiplayer title for Nintendo Switch – Local co-op at its finest. If you complete certain requirements on specific stages (and sometimes they're tough!) then you unlock these new levels where you make what we can only assume is Kevin's favorite food: steamed buns. The game has plenty of replay value with a lot of extra content to unlock. ![]() Although the game has a solo mode I would highly recommend playing it in co-op mode with friends and family, ideally with people who have also played it before otherwise prepare for arguments, fights, divorces. Overcooked! 2 is a fast-paced cooking simulation with a unique sense of humour. The update also contains free additional content called ‘Kevin’s Christmas Cracker update! ‘ giving you an extra 5 winter-themed levels, throwing in a snowy backdrop and even more frantic fun. The recent update added the very welcome practice mode which honestly I used a lot, specifically for level 5-5 which I made unnecessarily hard for myself, completely forgetting the ability to throw raw food. This game is definitely designed to cause arguments for multiplayer with the solo mode sometimes being infuriatingly difficult, especially in the later worlds when it requires a certain amount of stars to unlock making you go back through the earlier levels to gain 3 stars. But once I was advancing through the levels it started to become more natural. ![]() My main problem was focusing on one chef at a time and not sharing the tasks efficiently. At first, it is straight forward – nothing too strenuous, chopping up the odd lettuce, plating it up then dropping it on the conveyor belt to the customers.Īt first, I found it overwhelming not knowing where the ingredients and utensils were. The first level is a tutorial giving a refresher course to the people who played the first game and to first-timers like me. I don’t know how I got through some of the levels, pure luck I’m guessing. I have mainly played the story mode in solo and I would be lying if I said it wasn’t frustrating. ![]() There are 6 levels on each road and a total of 7 secret Kevin levels to unlock if you complete a certain objective in a level. The Onion King sends the chefs on a quest through 6 roads leading off from the castle creating the world map, you then travel around the map in your pimped out catering van. Now the Unbread has risen from beyond the grave. The Onion King has accidentally unleashed pure evil onto the Onion Kingdom by recreating one of the recipes from the Necro-nom-nom-icon after completely disregarding what Kevin the dog had to say. I have been meaning to pick this game up for a while now, as I was looking for a new co-op game to play with the family but due to my ever-growing backlog, I never got around to it. I first heard about Overcooked! 2 from my wife who really isn’t into gaming at all, other than playing the Super Smash Bros series, probably due to the fact it’s the only game she can destroy me at. The original overcooked went completely under my radar so I missed out on the chaotic fun the first time around.
